| I have read about OBE many times but I never
knew that you could learn to do it from books. I was a bit dubious about trying to project
to begin with, though eventually I plucked up the courage. Nothing happened for a while
and I was going to give up, but then it did. OBE is a totally amazing thing and I am

| I thought it (Astral Frontier) had
a good semi-scientific approach. I mean given that OBE is a very difficult subject to
research I think James Waters did a good job. There was a marked lack of bull in my

| Cool book. I used method 1 to astral project and
it worked real quick. I don't know about other people, but I think it was real easy to do
and astral projection is totally cool. The first time I got out of my body I was very
scared and went back again straight away, but now I'm not and I am traveling. I have no
problem getting to far away places and choosing where I want to go. Maybe I am perfect for

| A completely fantastic book written
so that even dummies like me can understand. I enjoyed reading the book and even the
methods for projection are interesting. I thought that you would want to know that I can
now do it (astral projection) quite easily and do so at least once a week. It's a really
fascinating experience and I would like to recommend it to others. By the way, I am
beyond the bedroom ceiling!

learned a lot about all the states of consciousness and now I am practising to go out of

| I downloaded the book, Astral Frontier, only 6 weeks ago and I have already had
out of body experience. For me it was not very difficult. Now I have got a project planned
with some friends. Don't worry they downloaded their own copies! Anyway, we want to try to
make contact on the astral plane. If we could do that it would be the most sensational
thing in the world. I have already managed to project to a location of my choosing ( I
won't say where) and I want to see if my 'colleagues' can do the same. Then we want to
make a meeting somewhere. By a meeting, I mean on the astral plane, soul to soul. If we
can do this I will get back to you.
It was a great book, by the way.
